Job Description

  • Communicate information with students and facilitate them to resolve problems.
  • Provides detailed information to students.
  • Resolve all queries of students.
  • Preparing and reporting academic information related to student.
  • Any other task assigned by concerned manager.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in use of MS office, especially Excel.
  • Proficient in use of Social Media (Facebook, Chats app, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication on calls.
  • Good convincing power.
  • Good managerial and coordinating skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Committed and able to work under pressure to meet a deadline

Job Type: Full time

Salary: Rs-25,000.00 to Rs-40,000.00 /month

Qualification: ACCA

Work Experience: 1 to 3 year Minimum on similar role
