PAC has evolved a two-tier system of performance evaluation. First, the peer group provides feedback to the presenter on his performance. Second, the Trainers evaluate performance of the presenter and give him instant feedback for further improvement. The Trainers provide audio-video feed back to the students in addition to the traditional speech evaluation forms and note sheets. Results in CSDC are announced on daily basis.
