Full-Time Scheme
Introduction
The Full-Time Scheme is designed to provide HSC/A-Level students with basic understanding of accounting, auditing, tax, organizational management, business communication and other relevant subjects to strengthen their educational foundation, knowledge and capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
# HSC with atleast 45% marks;
# A-Level with minimum two passes;
# Graduation with minimum 2nd division;
# PIPFA Qualified; or
# Other candidates with equivalent qualifications as recognized by HEC.
In addition to above, students will be required to pass or obtain exemption from PPT.
Details
Candidate who pass or obtain exemption from PPT, would study privately for Foundation and Intermediate examinations on a 2 years full-time study course (DownloadRegistrationForm). However, they may seek admission in any of the Registered Accounting Education Tutors (RAETs) to study in any Module from A to D.
Full-Time students will be eligible to take their first due examination soon after their registration subject to compliance with dates of submission of Examination Forms.
Exemptions are available to Full-Time students from certain paper(s) under the exemption scheme named asOpportunities for Quality Students.

After successful completion of Foundation & Intermediate modules, students will be eligible to register as trainee students with TrainingOrganizations for completing a mandatory period of 3 years.Provided, that students who do not pass their Modules E and F in first attempt, their training period shall be extended to 3 ½ years. Students will appear in Final Examinations as per eligibility period to appear in examinations during training following the progressionrules.
Subject to fulfillment of other conditions as determined by the Council, on successfully completing the training period and passing the Final Examinations, the student would be eligible to become a member of the Institute.
Trainee Scheme
Introduction
This scheme is an opportunity for students who opt to start practical training directly after obtaining an Academic qualification as per mention below .
Minimum Requirements
* Graduation with minimum 2nd Division or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized universities;
* Post Graduation with minimum 2nd Division or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized universities;
* ACCA;
* CIMA; or
* ICMAP.
In addition to above, students will be required to pass or obtain exemption from PPT.
Details
A Candidate who passes or obtains exemption from PPT may get himself registered as a trainee student with any of the Training Organizations for a training period of 3 years.Provided, that students who do not pass their Modules E and F in first attempt, their training period shall be extended to 3 ½ years.
Simultaneously, during prescribed training, students are required to appear in Foundation, Intermediate and Final examinations as per the eligibility period to appear in examinations.
Exemptions are available for qualifying students :
1. Graduate and Post graduate candidates: PPT and Certain paper(s) of Foundation stage under the exemption scheme named as "Opportunities for Quality Students".
2. ACCA/CIMA/ICMAP qualified candidates: PPT, Foundation and Intermediate examinations of ICAP.
Candidates applying for credits should apply either prior to entering into training arrangements or during their probationary period.
Subject to fulfillment of other conditions as determined by the Council, on successful completion of the training period and passing Foundation, Intermediate and Final examinations, the student would be eligible to become a member of the Institute.
